I have several meetings in Bali today. Its about the opportunity to develop a new villas to sell. The meeting with local businessman was kind of discouraging, he told us by number about how many new development coming soon and afraid that it will becomes oversupply...
Now, for someone that thinking on numbers that's a correct way to do...but if we try to think a bit harder...it maybe work the opposite,
The more development created, it will drive the more competitive price, and naturally, more development falling into commodity...and because the price will be as low as it can be...the products outcome will be the same...because there's no room for improvement...and that's where the opportunity arise.. . How? it will a good timing for the development that arrives in a different and bold way...to become a star!...
Imagine this...you arrived in a costume party...no matter how crazyfunkysilly your costume, you will be just 'one of the clowns'...but if you arrived in 'normal' dress...you definitely stands out!
Think different. Right?
